Fraud Alert – Beware of Scammers Impersonating Yaband Remit Staff

Dear Valued Customers,

We have recently received reports that scammers are impersonating Yaband Remit  employees, customer service representatives, or business partners, claiming to assist with refunds, currency exchange, or other financial services in an attempt to defraud customers.

To help protect your funds, we would like to remind you of the following:

• Always verify that you are communicating through Yaband Remit’s official channels. Do not trust unsolicited messages or refund instructions received via WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, or other social media platforms.
• Yaband Remit will never ask you to make additional payments to process a refund, pay a security deposit, verify funds, unlock an account, or complete any other form of additional transfer.
• Yaband Remit will never require you to download a cryptocurrency trading platform, purchase digital assets, or transfer cryptocurrency as part of any refund or payment process.
• If you have any doubts about the identity of a representative, the legitimacy of a refund request, or any payment instructions, please contact Yaband Remit through our official channels before taking any action.

If you believe you have been targeted by a scam, please stop making any further payments immediately, retain all relevant evidence (including chat records and payment receipts), and contact your bank, local law enforcement authorities, and Yaband Remit as soon as possible.

Yaband Remit strongly condemns any individual or organization that impersonates our company to commit fraud or infringe upon our customers’ legitimate rights and interests. We will fully cooperate with the relevant authorities in investigating such activities and remain committed to providing a safe, secure, and trusted payment service for all our customers.
